In line with its entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, emlyon business school early makers pedagogy uses action learning, projects and various scenarios to complete the theoretical knowledge and skills developed during more « traditional » classes. early makers trained at emlyon business school are entrepreneurs who co-create their learning courses. Our role is to make this joint development easier by creating a favorable working environment, offering education based on experience and action learning, and providing the necessary resources to promote independent learning.

All of our programs, from the Global BBA and MSc in Management to our MSc in and specialized graduate programs, benefit from this early makers approach.

With every year, the Global BBA shall put you at the heart of our early maker pedagogy via different experimentation environments:

• With the assignment projects starting in year 1, you are part of a collaborative process at the service of the student community and beyond.
• After a first dive into the world of UX design, you are immersed in an ideation process from the start of the second year, as a starting point of your business creation project, the back bone of year 2.
• In year 3, you will engage in a business challenge side by side with an entrepreneur or an SME manager with an innovative project. In order to learn about alternative business models, during an intensive weekend, you shall undertake to work with social entrepreneurs to challenge them on their vision and their business model.
