Current student Jean-Baptiste Michel and Host of the French podcast “Entrepreneurship in Healthcare,” has worked in the healthcare industry for over 3 years before joining our MSc in Health Management & Data Intelligence program.
Dreaming of an international career, he completed a double degree in International Business where he studied in Germany and France. Through his studies he worked for Dentsply Sirona, a dental equipment manufacturer which introduced him to the world of healthcare and inspired him to specialize in the sector. This professional experience allowed Jean-Baptiste fulfil his goal as he worked in Canada, Austria, Sweden and Germany and also sparked his interest to complement his background with a deeper understanding in digital healthcare, health analytics and artificial intelligence.
When Jean-Baptiste returned to France to join the MSc in Health Management & Data Intelligence program the first wave of the COVID-19 hit and France was confined. He was searching for a way to usefully spend his time before the official program intake by connecting with entrepreneurs driving healthcare and innovation and sharing their stories. Thus, the podcast was born!
Jean-Baptiste was recently interviewed on The Future of Healthcare podcast, talking about his own podcast and what he hopes to achieve in the future.
