After almost fifty years in Écully, emlyon is opening a new chapter in its history by moving to the Gerland district (Lyon 7e), in the center of Lyon.
At the heart of Lyon's socio-economic and academic hub, our future campus aims to be a place of hybridization and creativity, where "doing-to-learn" and "learning-to-do" take shape through exchanges and collaborations. Our new campus is a place made for pedagogical innovation, where you will experience multidisciplinary and international learning, combining face-to-face and digital experiences.
Sustainable
Our environmentally exemplary campus reflects our institution's commitment to the environment and incorporates the highest standards of sustainable construction and energy efficiency. Two benchmark certifications recognize the campus' environmental responsibility: HQE - Excellent and BREEAM - Very Good.
Soft mobility solutions are promoted, and public transport will be available in the immediate vicinity of the campus: metro line B and Jean Macé TER station 5 minutes away, 3 metro stops to reach Part-Dieu, 3 tram lines, 6 bus lines, 6 Vélo'v stations and 380 emlyon bike racks.

Our new campus embraces the latest in networked working, and the library and maker lab are designed with the latest in hybrid tools and know-how to match the ambitions of a Global Business University.
- 8,500 sqm of learning spaces, with classrooms designed for action learning, flexible use and group work.
- A state-of-the-art makers' lab: 740 sqm equipped with a textile lab, 15 3D printers and the latest professional software licenses.

Our future campus will be located alongside the ENS de Lyon, Sciences Po Lyon, ISARA, Université Lumière Lyon II, Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (Universities of Social Sciences and Humanities) and the WHO Academy, and will benefit from the model of a high-quality university and scientific district. Thanks to the proximity and synergy with major academic and socio-economic partners, you'll benefit from immediate access to all the nearby university libraries, as well as easier participation in conferences, lectures and corporate projects.

Our future campus will adapt to your needs with a “beating heart”, a central living space that will be the heart of the school, hosting back-to-school ceremonies, major conferences, graduations, exhibitions, forums, symposiums, and other internal and external events.
The campus, which is open to the street via the entrance hall and the walkway, offers a range of services designed with students in mind. A wide range of catering options are available to suit all tastes and budgets: self-catering, a food court, a brasserie, a bakery and all the external services available nearby (CROUS, restaurants, food courts such as La Commune, festive venues such as Ninkasi, Le Croiseur, etc.).
