Institut Lyfe (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse) follows in the heritage of innovation and global expansiveness set out by two extraordinary visionaries and entrepreneurs – Gérard Pélisson, co-founder of Groupe Accor (today’s AccorHotels), chairman of the Institut since 1998, and “Chef of the Century” Paul Bocuse, founder of the school in 1990.

Institut Lyfe trains more than 1,000 students each year, representing 55 nationalities. From undergraduate through to doctoral level, the courses benefit from an innovative teaching approach recognised by the 2017 Worldwide Hospitality Awards. Inspired by their vision and devotion to the profession, Institut Lyfe prepares students for management careers and entrepreneurial missions within the global hospitality industry.
