2022 was a polarizing year for most, but everyone in attendance for the MSc in International Hospitality Management Concept Design & Development project was in unanimous agreement over the ingenuity and deliciousness of each unique student-created restaurant!


After months of dedicated learning modules, guest lectures, and mini-projects, the students of emlyon business school and Institut Paul Bocuse put their business plan, restaurant idea, service, and cooking skills to the test. During two weeks, different pop-up restaurants debuted their unique atmosphere and style, as well as their unique menu, to the ticketed public.
