This past September 2021, emlyon business school and the EDEN Cluster signed an academic cooperation agreement that will help to grow and develop the school's newly launched MSc in Cybersecurity & Defense Management program.

The agreement makes it possible to expose students of the program to the professional world of defense and its related professions to better demonstrate existing opportunities, future needs, and ultimately to discover the profession that awaits the future graduates in this sector.

Academic Accord signed between EDEN Cluster and emlyon business school
This cooperation allows the EDEN Cluster to develop academic aspects of the MSc in Cybersecurity program’s strategy

The EDEN Cluster (European Defense Economic Network), founded in 2008, is an association of companies wishing to combine their skills and assets to develop their activities in the very specific sectors of Defense, Security, and Safety. With the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon (CCI) and the Directorate General of Armaments (DGA), the EDEN Cluster now supports more than 100 dual SMEs across the country in their economic development projects in France and abroad.

emlyon business school is thrilled as this cooperation allows the EDEN Cluster to develop academic aspects of the MSc in Cybersecurity & Defense Management program’s strategy given its long-standing professional expertise in the subject. It also enables emlyon students of the program to access the economic world of defense as the partnership will provide visits and learning opportunities to companies active in the sector as well as privileged employment opportunities for students.
